Hello, sweet friends!

My name is Kendra Kohanski and I have my B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and am finishing up my doctorate of physical therapy degree, while still trying to maintain a life of health and fitness. Yes, all of this, in the midst of my crazy, hectic, wonderful life. I am making this blog for those struggling to compete with the idea of “healthy” and “strong” that they see on social media. It is okay to be average and still STRONG and WELL. I also want to show those of you struggling with self-esteem, eating disorders, and body dysmorphia that you are not alone. Many of us are fighting this battle to “get fit” and obtain that “bikini body”, but we are all built differently and healthy can come in many shapes and sizes. Follow me on my journey of discovering my own version of healthy&fit and hopefully give you some advice, tips, and tutorials along the way!
